Outstanding!

I found Andy on Google after phoning another company first. The other company wanted to charge £185 per hour plus VAT plus parts and couldn’t get to me for about 3-4 hours. So I tried Poole’s Locksmiths and he literally showed up at my house whilst I was still on the phone to him!! It was a Sunday and he was on his way out with his family but still managed to come to my aid. He secured the door straight away, ordered the parts and came back in great time to fit a whole new mechanism at a fraction of the price that the first company quoted! I’m thrilled! Thank you! I can’t recommend you enough!

Excellent Service.

My back door lock was broken and I was lucky enough to come across Andy on Facebook. He came out a couple of hours after me phoning him and secured the door. After ordering a new door mechanism he soon came and fixed it, he is punctual, reliable and honest and I would highly recommend him. Nothing is too much trouble and he explains what he’s doing. A breath of fresh air in Blackpool, I wish all workmen operated like Andy.

There are some (very few) people out there that truly deserve all the very best in their business venture. This guy is undoubtedly one of them. In a panic, and for the first time as a sole occupant I needed a locksmith. I was at the mercy of any potential chancer/cowboy/conman. Not a nice position to be in. Mr Poole was local and his many positive reviews impressive. I gave him a call and and he came out quickly. He was courteous, diligent, friendly and chatty. A thoroughly pleasant and down-to-earth tradesman. So, if you find yourself needing someone and wondering if you are calling out the right guy, you are!

Had a nine year old grotty generic no star euro cylinder in front door that needed to be upgraded to three star to keep home insurance happy, so Andrew fixed me up with a ABS Avocet.
